Welcome to MusicMasters! We have been in business for over 20 years and have the largest band repair facility in the southeast. We are providing a full selection of new and used rental instruments with 2 convenient payment options. Our program is designed to allow exchanges and returns with ease.

There are no hidden charges or obligations. Please read the information below carefully and then fill out our rental application.

Payment Options:

  • Automatic credit/debit card billing. *If your credit card is declined on the first attempt there will be two additional attempts. After the third attempt there will be a $5 fee.
  • ACH checking. * Customers choosing ACH checking must provide a voided check to keep for our records. If your check is declined there will be a $25 fee if the re-deposit is declined.

    Rental Credit Discount:

  • Rent an instrument for three months (90 days) and recieve a purchase discount equal to ALL rental paid, PLUS an additional 15% discount toward the purchase of a new instrument.
  • Rent an instrument for one year (12 months) and recevie a discount equal to ALL rent paid toward the purchase price of a new "band" instrument.
  • If you are renting a new instrument, the above terms may be applied to that instrument.

    Service and Replacement Option:

    We have a service and replacement option which can be added to each month's rental fee for 1% of the value of the instrument.

  • Service - If the instrument need servicing, just bring it in and we will repair it free of charge. A loaner instrument (when available) will be provided, free of charge, if the instrument is in the shop for an extended period of time.
  • Replacement - If the instrument is lost or stolen we will replace it free of charge. We require a police report within 7 days of the occurence.
  • If you already own an instrument, or you purchase an instrument outright, you may purchase the service option only for 1% of the value of the instrument per month plus tax.
