Les Stephenson

Joining this company after graduating from Morehead State University in 1981 with a degree in piano performance Les began his diverse career in music. Having always had equal interests in music and the electronic equipment related to music, Les began experimenting with every available product and its various applications to the art of music. This personal interest and involvement has continued to shape the course of products and services offered through 20+ years of active involvement with MusicMasters. Les' current role with MusicMasters involves every aspect of the audio/video design and installation process including system design, sales, installation management, and after-sale support. "I have the thrill of being involved with a lot of great customers and the opportunity to develop long-term relationships with a variety of organizations. Working with churches can present a lot of pressure because every friday becomes a new deadline for completion. When it all comes together and the church experiences its new A/V system for the first time, it makes it all worthwhile. I feel like I leave a little part of my soul in each installation. That's how much I care!" In addition to his work with MusicMasters Les is very active as an independent recording engineer/producer specializing in acoustic jazz, as well as a variety of other musical styles. "When the finest jazz musicians in the world trust you to present their music to the world there is no margin for error. These performances will only happen once and it's got to be right! I find this part of my life keeps me sharp with a perspective on perfection and attention to detail that few people ever experience." In his 23rd year in the business there is little that Les hasn't experienced first hand. His depth of experience is enjoyed by his customers daily in the level of knowledge, experience, honesty, and personal concern he provides to every customer. "I am truly proud of our accomplishments as a company to both our customers and our community. I am blessed with the greatest customers (friends) that any one could ever hope for. I look forward to each new opportunity to build a relationship and provide a valuable service experience." Picture coming soon!
