While we highly appreciate all of our current and past customers, parking in the MusicMasters parking lot is reserved only for customers shopping at our store at that time that they park. We have limited parking for our employees and customers and ask that if you are in the Midtown area to visit another business, please use their parking facilities so that we have enough room to accommodate customers who wish to shop at MusicMasters. RENTAL RETURNS
If you or your child no longer needs the instrument you are renting, we ask that you please return it directly to us at MusicMasters. We cannot terminate your rental contract until we have physical possession of your rental instrument. Please do not leave your instrument with your music teacher as there is no guarantee that you instrument will make it back to our store before the end of the school year. Please try to return your rental instrument before your next payment due date so that you are not charged that date. If you are unable to return it before your due date, you will receive a refund if the instrument is returned within a few days of your account payment.
